Hudson Valley Re-Bath is owned by Michael and Kathleen Schnorr, lifetime residents of Dutchess County.
Michael started in the business in 1974 under "Michael C. Schnorr Plumbing and Heating, Inc." concentrating on new installations, both residential and commercial. Around 1980 Schnorr Plumbing gradually became more involved with service/repair work and bathroom remodeling services. In order to reflect the vision of the owners, Kathleen and Michael Schnorr decided to change the name to Schnorr Enterprises, Inc.
Because they saw a growing demand for bathroom remodeling, the Schnorr's checked out many different franchises involved in this industry. In their search for knowledge and superiority they toured different workshops asking questions and demanding quality. The Schnorr's saw a great future in the Re-Bath Corporation owned by American Bathtub Liners, Inc. in Mesa, Arizona. Re-Bath, "America's Largest One Day Bathroom Remodeler". Re-Bath offered a Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty, patented leak proof installation technologies, and an inventory of over 800 actual bathtubs used as the molds for the various liners, the most in the industry.

Schnorr Enterprises acquired their first Re-Bath franchise in 1993 and currently own and operate three Re-Bath franchises in the Hudson Valley. Since its inception, the franchise has grown by leaps and bounds and is one of the premier bathtub liner franchises in the United States. We are constantly growing and creating new innovations in the field of bathtub remodeling.
